Stuff.co.nz - Funding secured for Waimate White Horse hill development

A $421,127 funding boost from the Department of Internal Affairs will be used to enhance Waimate’s White Horse hill with more native plants, viewing decks and plaques on the history of the area, for a plan described as one of the ‘’major community projects in our history’’.
